The FREE Shipping service that we offer is applicable to the Registered Mail or Express Post Service/POS Laju within Malaysia only. For international shipping (outside of Malaysia), please email to for inquiry.

Shipping Process is defined as follows: -

  1. You add item(s) to cart and checkout (follow the steps till complete);
  2. WebTiam will email you the amount to pay and payment guide;
  3. You make payment at local banks (Maybank, CIMB & Public Bank) and reply our email on payment confirmation;
  4. WebTiam pack the item(s), between 1 day and ship to your delivery address;
  5. WebTiam email you the shipping tracking no;
  6. You receive the item(s).

We understand that you are eager to know your order real delivery time status. You can track order status from your WebTiam account page, or you can check your email. We will update your order status on your account page at On the same time, we also send your order status information to your email.


Import Duties & Taxes

WebTiam is not responsible to Malaysian import duties and/or taxes apply to the item(s) you purchased from WebTiam. Should there be any import duties and/or taxes, we will provide advice on the payment accordingly.


Warranty & Return

If the item(s) is not what you purchased (wrongly sent) or not working, please notify us in email within 24 hours from the received date. Upon receiving the confirmation, you should immediately send back the item(s) in original packing within the 7 days. We will process the refund within 15 days from the date we received the item(s) in good condition. In this case, we don't refund the shipping fees.  Buyer should pay to ship the item(s) back.

For those products with warranty, you can send them back for free repair within 6 months, in this case, buyers pay all the shipping fees in both sides. Which mean you should pay us the shipping fees for us to send them back to you. If you break the item(s) and some components need to be changed, we will charge for the original value of that components.

We will not entertain any return or refund request if any discrepancies reported more than 48 hours from goods received will be addressed. Should you decided to return the order due to the wrong item sent or not in working condition, please follow our Return of Item in Our Processes page.
